We stand behind all off our products 100% and offer a 100% breakage guarantee (only applies to our Bat Rolling Services). If by some unlikely event we crack or damage your bat during the rolling process we will replace it with a new one at no charge to you. If for some reason the bat is no longer available we will give you a bat or equal or greater value. If you are unhappy with our bat rolling services we will roll your bat again at no cost. You only need to pay for the shipping back to us. The warranty for our BR2008 or Tri-Roller Bat Rolling Machines are as follows. Upon receipt of your roller you have 3 business days to contact us. If you contact us within those 3 days and wish to send it back for a full refund will be refunded your money back in full minus $25 for the shipping. Should you contact us after that 3 day grace period we do not offer refunds. We will repair any part that fails on your roller for as long as you own it. This warranty is NOT transferrable to a different owner. You simply have to send it back to us and we'll fix it and ship it back to you at no cost. If you do send your bat roller in for repair and it's determined the failure was caused by misuse a repair fee may be imposed. Prior to any repairs being conducted you will be notified of the cost (if any) and we'll need your authorization in writing or email prior to proceeding with your repair. All Bat Rolling Machines come with a LIFETIME WARRANTY.

By purchasing our bat rolling services or bat rolling machine you agree to release us from any responsibility from legal issues that use of our services could possibly create. We are simply offer a service that will expedite the break in time of your composite or aluminum baseball or softball bat. We are not altering the makeup or original design of the bat. Our services simply save you time in breaking in your bat. Our bat roller is being sold as a device to allow you to roll your own bats. We will not be held responsible for any legal issue that arise from the use of our Bat Rolling Machine. By purchasing our services you agree to not hold us responsible.

Bat Shaving Services & Pre Rolled/Pre Shaved Home Run Derby Bat - Disclaimer

I, the undersigned, assume all responsibility and risks for any alterations made to the bat(s) listed above by BatRolling4U.com. I understand that BatRolling4U.com only shaves bats for use in exhibitions, home run derbies and outlaw leagues where it is legal to use them. By placing your order you agree not to use the bat(s) in sanctioned league play, tournaments or anywhere it is illegal. All sales are Final for Pre Rolled/Pre Shaved Home Run Derby Bat. No exchanges will be accepted.

I will indemnify, defend and hold BatRolling4U.com and its members, managers, agents, employees and assigns harmless from all claims, demands, or liability arising out of or encountered in connection with my or anyone else’s use of the bat(s). Such indemnity shall extend to claims, demands, or liability for injuries occurring out of our in connection with the use of the bat(s) regardless of whether the bat(s) were used in a legal or illegal manner.

BatRolling4U.com is not responsibly or liable for slight alterations that may have to be made to the bat(s) in order to accomplish the shaving process. I acknowledge and understand that the balance of the bat(s) may feel different due to the material removed and any end loading added back in. BatRolling4U.com does not warrant the shaved bat(s) from cracking or denting. I release BatRolling4U.com and its members, agents, employees and assigns from any and all claims and liability arising out of or resulting from the alterations made to the bat(s) by BatRolling4U.com.

I understand that it is recommended that the use of the bat(s) are not to be used in under 60 degree weather or Batting Cages. This will decrease the performance substantially.

If any legal action or other proceeding is brought for the interpretation or enforcement of this Bat Shaving Order Form and Release, or because of an alleged dispute, breach, default, or misrepresentation in connection with any of the provisions of the Bat Shaving Order Form and Release, then the successful or prevailing party or parties will be entitled to recover their reasonable attorney fees and other litigation costs (including the cost of experts) incurred in that action or proceeding, in addition to any other relief to which they may be entitled.
