If you've placed and order for one of our Bat Rolling or Bat Shaving packages please print a copy of your PayPal receipt and include it with your shipment to us. This will assist us in identifying your order.

If you've purchased our GD-P4000 Bat Roller we want to congratulate you on the purchase of one of the best units on the market. We'll confirm your order shortly and it will ship out within 24 hours in most cases. You will be emailed your Bat Rolling Guide for the roller so if you didn't include a current email address please contact us. Please remember to check your spam folder as sometimes emails with attachments get dumped there. If you have any questions regarding the use of the rolling machine please contact us and we'll walk you through the first couple rolls if needed. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.
